Female Driving Instructors Bookings

This private administration integration connects the Female Driving Instructors WordPress booking system to Road Vibes’ Google Calendar. Authorised administrators connect the office account so WordPress can create, reschedule and remove its own booking events for Kim and Anju. Customers do not need to connect a Google account.

How calendar reservations work

When a website booking is confirmed, the integration creates a private event in the connected office calendar. The event identifies the instructor, booking reference and reserved time. Its end time includes the travel buffer after the lesson; this buffer is not additional lesson time.

Changes made through the website update the corresponding reservation. Cancelling through the website removes its calendar event. Manage your booking using the private link supplied with your confirmation, subject to the notice period in our booking and cancellation policy. Keep that link confidential.

Information and account access

The calendar event does not include the customer’s name, email address, phone number, pickup address or lesson notes. Those booking details are handled separately by the website and booking emails. Calendar connection is restricted to authorised administrators and requires the Google account owner’s consent.

Scope and booking help

This integration manages WordPress bookings only. It does not import or reconcile Wix bookings. A change to a Wix booking must be handled separately.
