With the calendar owner’s permission, the integration reads the connected primary calendar identity and event identifiers, status, transparency and start/end times to check availability. It creates and manages WordPress booking events containing instructor name, reservation reference and booking time including the travel buffer. Customer names, phone numbers, email addresses, pickup addresses and booking notes are not copied into Google Calendar by this integration.

Google authorization tokens are encrypted in the WordPress database hosted by Hostinger. Booking references and synchronization information are stored to manage events. Availability responses are processed to calculate available times.

Google processes calendar requests and stores events. Hostinger hosts the application and database. Calendar data is used for booking synchronization, not advertising or sale. Access is limited to the connected account, its existing calendar sharing permissions and authorized website administrators as needed to operate the service.

The account owner can revoke access through Google Account third-party connections. Revoking access stops future synchronization but does not automatically delete existing calendar events or WordPress booking records. Contact roadvibes21@gmail.com to request removal of stored integration data or assistance removing events. Separate booking records may need retention for business or legal obligations.

The application’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
